Participants entering a Sontaj game competition ("Competition") must agree to observe and abide by all terms governing our Competitions.

• Media Broadcast License: The Organizer reserves the right to share, broadcast, store, post pictures or videos of participants that have entered or is participating in any of its Competitions whether participant(s) are winners or losers.
• Historical Public Archive: The information gathered are historical records for public access and to be used by the company. By entering, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your username, scores, gameplay media, and submitted photographs.

4. Charitable Activities

The Organizer may from time to time use its game and or game activities in support of charity or charities at its own discretion and may invite the participants to participate in which a separate terms and condition relevant to that activity may apply.

5. Commercial Obligations & E-Commerce Terms

When buying an item, you enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the check-out payment process on the Site. The Organizer reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Physical Products: Undamaged physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
• Digital Products: All Digital Products & Digital Assets downloaded or emailed are strictly Non-Refundable.

7. Digital Content & Automated Platform Disclaimer

The Organizer serves as a digital content platform operating with progressive automation. The automated nature of our platform means that we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of all content. Users utilize the Site and its content entirely at their own risk.

These Terms and any disputes related hereto shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Jamaica. All claims shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jamaica.
