This website is owned and operated by Implicit Craft. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors access to play our game(s) and participate in our Sontaj game challenge competition besides other products and services. Product may include items owned by Implicit Craft or for which it has the right to promote, Services may include but not limited to its advertising support for businesses. By accessing or using the website or our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of our website
To use our website and or receive our services, you must be at least [16] years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Game and Competition
Sontaj game is offered free for play by any user of this website. However, where presentation of the game is utilized for competition purposes these rules and conditions shall apply:
- Participant in our Sontaj game competition must share a Sontaj game post on at minimum one (1) social media site of choice at a time before or after competing.
- Participant must be a registered member of this site to enter competition.
- Participant must have a valid National ID to claim prizes won. ID includes any of the following; Passport, Drivers license and Voters National Identification card.
- Participant must be minimum ages 18 years and above to claim prize(s) won. Whereas it can be proved that a minor is involved in the competition, he must be assisted by a guardian.
- All entries in the competition must be submitted in time specified for entry submissions.
- A participant may submit as many entry responses as he so chooses.
- The participant with the correct answer response we seek will be awarded the prize.
- If a prize is unclaimed within five calls made to the recipient the prize will return into the competition.
- Uncollected prize or prizes kept for longer than (5) working days will be given to charity.
- In the event there are no clear winner or winners, the prize sum will roll over in the following week until there is a winner.
- The name of winners will be published on our website in the winners corner.
- Participant must not publish false or misleading information about our site.
- Participant must not utilize our game for personal or other gains without having our authorization to do so. However, while it is permissible to share our game content it is not permissible to use for direct capital gains.
- Winners are responsible to pay their own statutory from their winnings.
- A winner is determined when participant in the competition has followed instruction for submitting his responses to game challenge and is the first to send in the correct response within the time specified.
- A participant shall not be eligible to win more than twice in a single month.
- All participants in our Sontaj game competition are required to subscriber to our Sontaj Mail Wiki news.
Other conditions that apply. Participants in our Sontaj game competition, do hereby agree that by your own free choice and will to participate in the Sontaj game competition being promoted by Implicit Craft on its website shall hold the entity and its partners, associates, affiliates and or sponsors harmless, innocent, guiltless or liable of any claims or charges that may be as a direct result of your choice to participate in its Sontaj game activity. In as much as it may or may not be proved that the game presented here has caused any injury or damages personal or otherwise, Implicit Craft shall not be liable for any claim or damages resulting from your interest, use or participation in its game competition. The Sontaj games are presented here as is and is offered free for anyone to participate in for leisure or sporting challenge or as the operator so chooses. Implicit Craft shall not be responsible for any errors that may or may not appear in its game(s) presentation for play and as a result may or may not have affected you directly or indirectly. Implicit Craft further states that it and all its associates, partners, affiliates and sponsors shall not be held responsible for any loss of income, pain, pleasure, delight, dissatisfaction or gains that may or may not be as a result of anyone participation in its game activity. We shall not be held liable for any unclaimed prizes or loss that may arise as a result. By entering this competition you agree to abide by these conditions.

Return and refund policy

Advertisement display
Direct advertisement placement for display on this website is at the discretion of Implicit Craft and is subject to approval. In the event that an advertisement does not meet basic quality assessment and in keeping with what is lawful it shall not be displayed on this web. If advertisement is found to be misleading it shall promptly be removed and all expense borne by the promoter/advertiser. Advertisers are free to remove their advertisement display with or without reason from being displayed on this website, but must abide by any contract obligation entered in at the time. A refund on any advertisement display shall be granted where a request is made subject to Implicit Craft failing to honor any agreement made. The advertiser shall be refunded the difference at the time of such request being received.
Third party advertisement
Advertisement such as Google ads may or may not be shown on this website, the choice of which is at the exclusive rights of Implicit Craft. A user of this website is not allowed to feature any personal or third party advertisement on this website. Any interest to display advertisement on this website will require the approval of Implicit Craft.
Retention of right
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Implicit Craft. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Right to Suspend or Cancel Account
